RucPac products should be returned to the same retailer they were purchased from. If purchased directly from us, please contact us to initiate the return process. If any of our products fail to meet your expectations buyers have 30 days from the day of purchase to return the product to us. We guarantee the quality of all RucPac products for one year against craftsmanship defects on our straps, headlamps and apparel.

Inevitable wear and tear damage that naturally occurs over time as a result of normal use or aging is not considered a craftsmanship defect and is therefore not covered under our warranty.

It is the owner’s responsibility to check the integrity of their equipment regularly and ensure that all hardware is properly installed. RucPac is not responsible for damage to equipment or injury related to the purchase and/or use of any of our products...
